Clarice was admitted to the practice of law in 1988 upon graduating from Marquette University Law School. She embarked on her legal career after practicing social work that culminated with a Master Degree of Social Work from Boston College.
Her legal career began with two years of practice with a Brookfield, Wi law firm before joining the Waukesha County District Attorney’s Office. During her eight year prosecutorial stint, Clarice obtained extensive litigation experience as lead prosecutor in the juvenile division, as well as prosecuting municipal and traffic cases.
In 1998, Clarice went on a seven year hiatus to raise three children.
In 2005 Attorney Perkins rejoined the private law sector, specializing in the following legal areas: Juvenile Law, Traffic Law, Criminal Law, Legal Guardianship, and Mental Health Law, and Family Law.
Clarice is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar and the Waukesha County Bar Association.
